What this site collects
If you book online, we store your nickname, phone number, visit date, check-in deadline, party size, selected tables, optional notes and consent record. In the LINE Drink Pass app, we store the verified immutable LINE user ID, nonblank LINE display name and picture URL, or one customer label only when LINE provides no display name. We also store acceptance versions and times, purchase-request reference/status, pass and usage records, and approved Owner/staff role records. This Drink Pass flow does not collect a real name, phone number, payment slip or marketing consent. If you accept optional measurement, Google Analytics and Google Ads record pages viewed, approximate location, device type, clicks on directions, phone and LINE links, and an anonymous completed-booking event with the page language, website channel, party size, selected-table count, advertising attribution when present, and a random non-personal deduplication ID. That event does not include the booking name, phone number, booking code, visit date, notes or table IDs. The site does not collect payment-card information.
Why we use it
We use aggregated data to improve the menu, directions and booking experience and to measure advertising effectiveness. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices and retention
Optional analytics is denied by default. Drink Pass identity, purchase requests, usage and acceptance records are used only to provide, protect, audit and retain the pass under the accepted terms; authorized staff can access only the service records they need. Existing members accept this update once without cancelling, restarting or changing the current pass dates. We redact eligible personal data under the retention process while preserving necessary operational/audit evidence. Use your cancellation link to cancel an active booking, or ask the store to review a privacy request.
External services
Directions, calls and LINE help links open services operated by Google, your phone provider or LINE. Their privacy terms apply after you leave this website.
